Most were treated for minor injuries and released, though some were not as fortunate. Tragically, one employee did not make it out of the building and died as a result of his injuries.
Reports indicate that the company was cited for nine safety violations by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration just this year. It is unknown at this time whether more violations will be issued.
