In spite of the many safety precautions businesses implement in their facilities, accidents on the job still occur. The Franklin County coroner revealed that the deceased workers suffered blunt force trauma that resulted in their deaths. Two others suffered injuries to an arm and a hand, while the third was airlifted to the hospital in critical condition. The local branch of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration is currently investigating the accident, which may take a few months to complete.
